Returns (excluding sale items) which are not worn, altered, washed or damaged will be accepted. As most of our items are made-to-order, refunds will only be accepted if the item is faulty, not for change of mind.

Proof of purchase must be included. Items will not be accepted for return if they have been marked or damaged. In the unlikely event of an exchange or return, customers must be in contact within 7 days of receiving the order. Any items posted after being in the customer's possession for longer than 7 days will not be accepted unless they are faulty.

Once returned, the item(s) will undergo a quality check, after which the customer will be sent new items (for exchange), and refunded any difference in price, or refunded the whole amount to the credit card used to make the original purchase. We also offer a free mending service to all garments purchased within 6 months.
